Sicilian Lemons
Traditional, Sicilian ceramic tiles

This decorative panel has a beautiful design of the large, juicy, slightly rounded lemons which grow under the Sicilian sun. The colours are typical of those used on the traditional hand painted ceramics that are made in Sicily.

These tiles are made by hand in Sicily, using the traditional methods which have been handed down from father to son for centuries. Once the tiles are ready they are then hand painted with designs which are indicative of the warmth and history of the island in southern Italy.

The tiles are suitable for inside or outside and there are numerous ways in which they can be incorporated into the interior design of your house.

Inside, they can be inserted into tiles of a complimentary colour on walls or floors anywhere in the house, including bathrooms. As this panel only consists of four tiles you could simply have it framed and hung on the wall as piece of art.

Outside the panel can again be incorporated as a decoration in your patio tiles or it can be fixed onto any wall as a stunning decoration.

Although it is not necessary to grout these tiles in some circumstances, it is advisable to do so if they are used in conjunction with other tiles or are being used in a bathroom or kitchen.

This item is made to order and takes a minimum of three weeks.

As this decorative ceramic tile panel is made by hand from beginning to end, each one will vary slightly, but, each will be totally unique.
